Would it be possible in your templates to put a border around the quoted text (similar to Sandboxie's forum) and remove the reply indent? ATM, there isn't enough contrast between the quoted text and the reply text.

Please see here:

http://ssj100.fullsubject.com/forum-f11/quote-code-etc-function-issues-on-the-forum-t60.htm

I am hoping this issue is resolved soon. Otherwise I may have to resort to moving to phbb2, meaning I will lose the current forum look...unless I spend hours skinning it etc haha.

Is there a problem with the search function in the board?
Why does the search for "movie" does not deliver any hits?

The word "movie" was used by me in this posting.

It's just a weak search function I suppose! I might leave it to patrick to see if he has any ideas.

No sorry. I don't think those links you suggested are for online based forums based on online templates. From some other reading, it seems the search function isn't going to be improved and will remain fairly mediocre. Sorry about that.

Thanks anyway.

'medicore' is better than no search. A search function is a must have for a forum, mh? I don't know the internal (admin) options of phpBB regarding search, but there has to be a reason why there is no search here in the forum. Shocked

Or doesn't fullsubject.com offer a search generally?

I've had a pretty good look and I can't find any option to configure/improve the search function.

The solution above is just a get by, I think I have an idea how to change the borders etc. Smile

As per Ruhe's request, I've changed the "General" section of the forum to be called "Lounge", and I've also moved it down to the bottom. Cheers.

Problem with that is there's only so many attachments that could be attached (total of 20Mb). I don't think it will work very well.

You need to tick in your profile to always show your sig. I'll fix it for you, hang on.
